Copper Bonded Rods
Specialist in Copper Bonded Rods, Copper Rods, Copper Pipe, Ground Rods, Copper Earthing Electrodes. Low impedance grounding is essential to protect transmitting facilities and personnel from external or internal electrical anomalies. Copper clad driven ground rods are often insufficient due to high ground resistively or a limited installation area.
Most models of the JMV Copper Rods are immediately available and can be shipped for overnight delivery. Ground wire attachment options include a two hole copper buss bar. Optional inspection wells are available.

Copper Bonded Grounded Rods probably offer to the installer the best and the most economical earth rods available. They are made molecularly bonding 99.98 pure Electrolytic Copper (CU) on to a low carbon steel core to thickness
up to 0.35mm. They are highly resistant to corrosion, and because the steel used has a very high tensile strength, they can be driven by power hammers to great depths. One common misconception is that the dia of the rod has a drastic effect on lowering earth resistance. This is not True! Use strength and to maintain the durability. The Universily Used thread rolling process raises the surface of the rod. Thus thread dia is greater than rod dia.

Features
JMV Earth Rods are made from high tensile-low carbon steel compiling with requirements of BS 4360 Grade 43 A. Each rod is molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure, high conductivity copper bonding, each rod is treated with Benzol-triozole derivatives. Threads on rods are formed by roll threading process, giving threads extra strength, eliminating risk of chipping the threads while driving the rods in the ground.

Accessories
Sectional Copper Bonded Rods
For deep driving to depths necessary to obtain good conducting level for uniform low-resistance grounds. The features are same as of Pointed/Plain Copper Bonded Rods. Cold-rolled threads at each end for joining the various lengths of rods together with couplings. Cold-rolled threads (stronger than cut threads) provide the added strength of continuous, unbroken grain flows.
