Mounting arrangements are required to install the different type of air terminals as per different type of roofs i.e., metallic shed, RCC/ brick roof etc.
The air terminal which is placed on the roof and on the corners of the buildings to protect the property from lightning strike. At the time of positioning of air terminal there must be the support which is equipped along with the same that is termed as 'Mounting Base'. It is used to hold the air terminal at the proper location with the right position so the functioning of the air terminal is become smoother and stands same with the passing time. The mounting base also enhances the strength of the air terminal.
*The mounting base shall be selected as per the application requirement and type of the roof as well.
