JMV offers a complete solution for metro rails from designing till installation for Earthing & Lightning Protection System of Elevated stations, RSS (Receiving Substation), AMS (Auxiliary Main Substation), ASS (Auxiliary Sub-Station), TSS, Underground Station- Clean & Main Earth Mat, Foot over Bridges etc.
We are having the expert designing team to provide you the complete solution along with the validation of the design by using the computer aided software like CDEGS as per IEEE 80. We are having level 2 certified engineers to work on every project we receive for the designing purpose to have the practical results.
Earth Mat Designing with the help of Maintenance-free earthing system as per IEEE 80 and IS 3043 in accordance to the testing requirements of IEC 62561, JMV assures for cost effectiveness and longer life solution. In addition to it, Lightning Protection System Designing as per IS/IEC 62305 and NBC 2016. We are also well equipped with India’s first in house Testing Laboratory for which is capable to conduct the testing at 200kA as per latest IEC testing Standards. For the purpose of Internal Lightning Protection to cater transient dangers for Electrical and S&T equipment, JMV does not fail to offer wide range of surge protection devices.
Also, for easy cable laying, we are offering the injection moulded plastic cable ducts which are the replacement of bulky RCC cable ducts/trenches to ease the installation as well as maintenance of power & S&T cables.
